Set on the mist-shrouded island, The Firegeist of Dolmans tells the tragic story of two lifelong friends, Sion and Darragh, who grow apart in silence and misunderstanding. When one dreams of leaving the isolated island, their friendship edges toward collapse. As the island’s only doctor, Eilis, chooses to leave, an irreversible conflict claims the life of a young islander, Fionn, and the island slowly falls into abandonment. Filled with guilt, Sion departs, while Darragh stays behind to face his past and the rest of his days alone. This is a novel about friendship, loss, and choices that cannot be undone, lingering like embers in the heart long after the flames have died.
